Shipping Terms and Conditions

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will be delivered within 4-5 working days.
Made-to-Order Items: For items that require manufacturing, such as new pairs of shoes, the delivery time is 12-15 working days.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as delays by the courier service, holidays, or force majeure events may affect delivery times. We will communicate any such delays to you promptly.

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Notification: Notify us of your need for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team.
Return Shipment: Ship the item you wish to exchange back to us. The cost of return shipping will be borne by customer.
Processing Time: Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange. If the new size is in stock, the exchange will be completed within 4-5 working days. If the new size requires manufacturing, the process will take 12-15 working days.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
